How can I fix a paper jam when paper is found inside?

Make sure you check all areas for paper and remove ALL paper present. If paper tears or you can’t get it out, do not dig for it with letter opener or any hard or sharp tool as this may add to a more costly repair as you may damage your equipment.

Check to see if the paper in your paper tray or cassette is installed correctly. Check paper weight or thickness and condition of your paper. Usually 20lb. is recommended.  If the problem persists, give us a call at (480) 969-3098.
