I have a paper jam with no paper found inside. How do I fix this?

One of two things may be the problem.

First check the paper tray-cassette and make sure your paper is installed correctly. 

Then check to see if the paper size matches the setting of your machine or paper tray-cassette.  For example, you may be using letter sized paper on the legal setting.  Many machines have a setting on the paper tray-cassette that must match the paper that is in the tray-cassette.

Check to see if the paper is damaged-bent or curled.

Make sure that the paper is the correct weight.  For most machines 20lb. is recommended. If the problem persists, give us a call at (480) 969-3098.
