Paul Beasley has been servicing office equipment since 1983. He started out working as a repairman for one of the big copy machine companies. Over time, he began to realize that small businesses needed something more. Many of his clients were frustrated because they’d bought a machine that failed to meet their needs. Also, these companies were not getting the best repair service. In some instances, Paul was the third or even fourth repair person who had been out to work on the machine.
It became clear to Paul that business owners needed good, solid advice about which machines to buy. They also wanted to know that when they called someone out to service their machine, the repair person would be familiar with the product and would get the job done.
Paul decided that the best way he could address these problems was to start his own business, building it on the values that were most important to him.
