What can I do about lines appearing on copied documents?

Lines on copied documents may be caused by ink or white out stuck on glass, and will need to be cleaned off.  To clean off white out use alcohol then a glass cleaner like Windex to finish the job. Put the cleaner you use on a paper towel so as not to pour too much on glass as it may seep into equipment causing damage internally. Sometimes you may need to visually locate the spot and manually scrape it off.
